Here at Funkee Moon Fabrics, we prioritise our Customers experience and treat everyone with the utmost respect and help want to help anyone in any way we can :)

Transparancy is very important to us as a small business, because we know what its like to be a consumer. If there is any issue with any order or product we let our customers know right away, and we let them know exactly whats going on and update them daily with any new info.

We strive for the best quality products, if something isnt up to scratch we take full accountablity, and will help our customers reach the best outcome, whether it be a full replacement or refund.

As we are a 2 person company, we try to get back to all enquiries as soon as possible. This is not limited to emails, we cover our social media messages as close as possible as to not miss anything. However please expect atleast 1 business day for a response as we do have a physical shop too which can get busy!
